As a graduate of the University of California, Shakeb A. Razai majored in Cognitive Sciences and Criminology, Law & Society. He later attended and graduated from Chapman University School of Law.

Mr. Razai has extensive experience in family law and is particularly focused on complicated and large asset litigation involving division of assets, breach of fiduciary duties, spousal support, child custody, child support, and other facets of family law. He works extensively with self-employed litigants and business owners with cash flow issues, business valuations, and complex and high asset litigation.

In the course of representing clients, Mr. Razai works with various experts on a case-by-case basis, including forensic accountants, child custody evaluators, real estate experts, business valuation experts, vocational evaluators and a host of other experts, when and if the need should arise during the litigation process. He has also served as a consultant for other family law firms on complicated and high conflict cases. In 2013 and 2014, Mr. Razai was named a top lawyer in OC Metro Magazine. He was also named one of the top ten attorneys in the State of California by the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys.
